Refund Policy
Good 2 Give is committed to providing a high-quality experience for our clients and supporters. In case you feel that the service details provided to you is not as per your expectations and wish to request a refund, please review our refund policy below.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products, but we understand that sometimes things do not work out. That is why we offer a refund policy for our Good 2 Give product.
Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at helpdesk@good2give.in Our team will assess your request and provide further instructions on refund process. Once we receive the request and confirm that it meets our refund criteria, we will process the refund. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account.
Exceptions: We will try our best to satisfy our users with our service.
In case any user is not satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of installation or for monthly payment. The refunds will be made after deducting the applicable taxes.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Altruism Solutions Private Limited does not entertain refund of any amounts that may have been paid by the subscriber, for an Annual/Semi-Annual/Quarterly/Monthly package. Only in case of non-feasibility of a new service, refund is made by Altruism Solutions Private Limited. The time for a refund to be affected is 4-6 weeks, beyond the allowable time of 30 working days as mentioned above.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on a case-by-case basis.
